OPENING AND PRAYER
The Acting Chief
Executive Officer will open the meeting with the reading of the prayers:
Almighty
God, we humbly beseech thee, to vouchsafe thy blessing upon this council.
Direct and prosper its deliberations to the advancement of thy glory and the
true welfare of the people of the Whittlesea City Council.
Our
father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be
done in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive
us our trespasses as we forgive them that trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation but deliver us from evil, For thine is the kingdom, the power
and the glory, for ever and ever.
