Councillor Lalios of South East Ward has given notice that it is her intention to move the following Motion at the Special Meeting of Council to be held on Tuesday 21 May 2019 at 6:00pm:

THAT Council resolve to rescind the resolution made at the Council meeting held on 7 May 2019 in relation to item 6.4.2 Insurance Portfolio which reads: “THAT Council resolve to: 1. Delegate authority to the CEO to award the best value insurance tender in June 2019. 2. Be notified of the tender outcome and insurance costs via confidential memorandum following awarding of tender/s.” |

Councillor Lalios of South East Ward has given notice that it is her intention to move the following Motion at the Special Meeting of Council to be held on Tuesday 21 May 2019 at 6:00pm:

THAT Council resolve to: 1. Not delegate authority to the Chief Executive Officer to award the insurance tender in June 2019. 2. Once tenders are assessed by officers, a special meeting of Council is to be convened, prior to June 2019, so that Councillors make the decision on the tenders received for Council’s insurance portfolio. |
